Ticket In La Palecita

Hey Guys , i read the back saying if we pay within 30 days we get 50% of the 500$ ticket , does anybody kno if that 50% off online or do i have to go to the puerto rico dmv ? I leave tomorrow morning and wanted enjoy my last day today and not be stuck in the dmv at all here , please someone help ! I guess i parked in front of a yellow curb google translate really couldnt pick it up and translate but my main concern is , if i pay online will i still get the 50% reduction of the ticket or will be full price
